Q. What locations do you rent to?
We serve Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and southern areas of Maine.
Q. What types of events do you cover?
Our products can be rented for any type of event, including weddings, wedding showers, baby showers, bachelorette and bachelor parties, graduations, sporting events and team parties, holiday parties, corporate functions and outings, birthday parties, anniversary parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, barbeques, beach parties, and more!
Q. Do you charge delivery and setup fees?
For most products, we offer clients the choice to pick up the products at our office at no cost, to have them delivered to your location of choice, or to have them delivered and setup. We do charge a minimum of $25 for the delivery of some items as well as a minimum fee of $25 for any setup. Some of our products already include all setup and delivery fees in the pricing. We will always provide you with the final delivery and setup charges in advance of payment.
Q. Can I view the products prior to rental?
Yes, we welcome the opportunity to meet with you and show off any product. We want you to be confident in your rental.
Q. Do you offer other colors and styles of products not listed on your website?
We try to keep an accurate and up-to-date listing of all our products on our website. With that said, we are always ordering more products to expand upon our inventory and we have relationships with many different vendors that may have a product that we don't currently carry. Contact us with any inquiries and we are happy to do some research and see if we can offer you just what you are looking for.
Q. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we do require a deposit, which varies by product and based on the total rental fees. Typically, the deposit is equivalent to 30% of the rental fees.
Q. Do you offer any products for purchase?
Yes, we hand make some favors, gifts, and other decor. We can work with you to customize most of these items to fit the theme of your event.
